Your recordings stay local
This policy describes how AudioNote MIDI handles files selected in the tool and information about visits to this website.
Audio and video files
When you select a supported file, the browser reads and processes it on your device. The audio or video file is not uploaded to AudioNote MIDI or sent to a conversion server. The MIDI result is created in your browser and downloaded directly to your device.
Site information
The site does not ask you to create an account or store a conversion history. The hosting provider may process basic technical request data to deliver and protect the website.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 only after you choose “Accept analytics” in the privacy choices banner. It helps us understand visits and improve the website. When enabled, it may collect page views, interactions, device and browser details, approximate location, and identifiers stored in first-party cookies such as the _ga cookie. This information is sent to Google for processing under Google's terms and privacy practices. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Audio and video files selected in the converter are processed locally in your browser. Analytics records actions such as selecting a file, starting or completing a conversion, and clicking the MIDI download link. Event details are limited to audio or video type, detected note count, and a general error category. File names, selected media, and generated MIDI contents are not sent to Google Analytics.
Advertising
We may add third-party advertising to this site in the future. If advertising is added, the relevant ad providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy terms. This policy will be updated to describe the advertising setup when it is introduced.
